[hpsdr] Penny stuck on transmit

Gerd,

Do you have Ozy Control selected in PowerSDR... if you and you don't 
have something that looks like an SDR 1000 attached to the  25 pin 
port on Ozy it will likely get stuck in xmit since the PTT pin will 
tend to float hi.
