[hpsdr] Demeter Requirements

Jeroen:

I would like to suggest that you put a "Requirements" section at the
start of your Wiki page on Demeter.

You could list the power and voltage requirements for all known
HPSDR modules that are far enough along to have known requirements.
The module project leader could say whether the power requirement
was estimated or measured.

There does not seem to be any other central information point for
power requirements, and not all Wiki pages on the modules supply
the information.

I will be glad to supply to you the ALEX requirements.
