[hpsdr] Back up and running - happy birthday

Our HPSDR.org domain is back up again - the registration had expired due 
to registrar's auto-renew not working correctly.  Thanks Phil N8VB for 
handling this and donating the registration fee.

Happy Birthday HPSDR.ORG -- this is the 2nd anniversary of HPSDR.ORG 
when two previous lists or reflectors joined into one.  We've come (or 
is it gone?) a long ways in two years and it appears our future is 
bright with lots of ideas.
