[hpsdr] TAPR

I for one am very happy with TAPR. The quality of the boards is great. I see no reason for them to change the relationship with HPSDR and the letter I read didn't change anything.
  We are just getting to the good part......why leave? 
  I see no reason for TAPR taking on any risk and I joined after they decided to help us. 
  Also my hat's off to the software guys who make it play.
