[hpsdr] Possible disruption to hpsdr.org internet services

Our hosting facility will be doing scheduled major changes starting 
tonight (US time) which may affect our HPSDR Discussion List, the HPSDR 
web pages, and the HPSDR wiki.

The window starts at 11 pm this Friday evening (Central Daylight Time) 
or 0400 UTC Saturday and may last up to 12 hours.

So, if you experience problems with access to HPSDR web stuff during 
this period of time, don't panic -- just try again later.  Most everyone 
won't notice anything unusual.
