[hpsdr] Mercury input protection

The protection of a diode in series with a zener only adds a little C to the input. It will have no effect on performance as long as the diode and zener are not forward biased. The Diode isolates the high junction C of the zener from the input. Cheap insurance and yes it is nice to see a little isolation amp ahead of the A/D.
  I belong to HPSDR for one reason, performance. Take your time TAPR and get it right.
