[hpsdr] Linux: Ozy/Janus SDR1000 control

Before I start translating the c# code to control the SDR1000 I thought 
I would check to see if anyone has this working already with Linux.

I now have an Atlas back plane and an Ozy/Janus board set (thanks to 
Frank Brickle) running.

I have alreadt managed to get udev configured to initialize Ozy when it 
is connected and can use Janus as the sound card interface with my Java 
code.
