Post-Dayton and power supply horror stories.


I am still experiencing dropouts about every 3
seconds.  My packet loss is about 5%.  I shut
down Firefox and Thunderbird while recording.
Is anyone else having the dropouts on TeamSpeak?
I can listen to NPR without any dropouts.
Maybe it's a feature of Comcast, or maybe I need
to defrag my hard drive.
