[hpsdr] Mercury status

Speaking for myself, but as someone with a pretty deep understanding of
how TAPR works...

The TAPR office is essentially John Koster, who does a tremendous job
handling all TAPR orders and doing an amazing number of background tasks
that the members never see, but would absolutely notice if they weren't
done.

When an HPSDR project comes along, the sudden rush of several hundred
orders takes some time to process and a backlog tends to develop.
However, John diligently works through the pile and in the end everyone
gets their shiny new board. But it's a *lot* of work, and it takes some
time.

If you got an automated confirmation right after you placed your order,
that means the process worked and your order is in the queue. The next
step is to check your credit card for a pending charge; when that
happens, John has actually processed the order.

If you're concerned about your order status, you can contact John by
going to the http://www.tapr.org/contact_us.html page. However, please
remember that every email John has to answer is time taken away from
processing orders!

73,
John
