[hpsdr] New HPSDR Webmaster and WikiSysop

I would like to introduce Dave Larsen, KV0S, as your new HPSDR Webmaster 
and Wiki sysop.  You can expect some fine changes as Dave starts working 
on the sites and incorporates his ideas along with new "how to" 
information as the HPSDR continues to provide pieces of the puzzle.  Dan 
Babcock, N4XWE, will be assisting Dave and serve as back up.

The web/wiki/list tasks and my health have not cooperated; please 
understand that I still fully support HPSDR and I will continue hosting 
without charge the website, wiki, and discussion list into the 
foreseeable future.

At this time, I still am the administrator for the HPSDR Discussion List 
(reflector).  I am looking for someone to take on this responsibility -- 
it is usually not too time consuming, but is a daily task.  Today, we 
have 843 subscribers and continue to grow.  If you are interested in 
doing this job, please email me DIRECTLY (NOT through the list!) at the
