[hpsdr] Mercury Ordering

[Gordon & Lois Duff]

I am confused about ordering Mercury.  I am posting this so others who may
be in the same place will see the answer.

 

I signed on to the website and put myself down for a Mercury board.  Does
this mean I have an order in, or do I need to take an additional action?
