[hpsdr] Enclosure for the HPDSR

Do you see the Set/Reset relay Flipflop at the back to control the  
power? I push the start button to turn on, and the reset button to  
turn off. Use the mike and earphone jacks. Hope to use the tune knob  
and LCD display too.
