[hpsdr] Mercury Now Available for Ordering

Hi Scott,

Your web page referred to below does NOT seem to be a secure site.  Yet
it appears you are asking for credit card numbers, etc.  This really is
a bad practice.  Is there a way to fix the problem before I order?
