[hpsdr] low noise atx power supply

Hello Magnus,

The one I have is the Coolergiant model EG385AX-VHB(G)
They are not made anymore. I just found the lowest wattage one I could on
eBay and bid on it. I believe they are very popular with overclockers.
It was the brand that was recommended rather than a particular model.
