What configuration are you thinking of?

For a Janus connected to an SDR 1000 or SoftRock, the Janus boards 
sends   IQ samples at (48, 96 or 192 khz sampling rates) to Ozy  that 
goes over the USB link to PowerSDR running on the PC.  PowerSDR 
filters and demodulates to recover and sends the received audio data 
back over USB to Ozy, to the Janus board to the speakers.
