[hpsdr] Help with Mic input on Penny

Do final setup on Penny, tune works FB but no output from Mic.
I get a claen signal from mic input to pin 18 on U10 and continunity from pin 6 on U10 to pin 160 on FPGA. I am probably missing something but am stumped. I have fed in a 1500 Hz signal in on mic input and varied amplitude from 1-20 mv and mic monitor in PWRSDR stays at -30 db.
Latest firm ware on Penny and Mercury and latest PWRSDR release from SVN.
Any ideas on what to check next appreciated.
