Hi Phil and Bill,

I am just now testing the output power of the first Penelope boards of my
batch  and find that on 10m the maximum adjustable Drive is 40(%) where all
other bands have 100(%).

Running PowerSDR Release 2854 and the latest Penelope firmware. (pof of
24.02.2009)

Is it a bug or do I something wrong?
