Hi Rick,

I am not proposing that Gibraltar be removed as a project.   I am
proposing that projects that have not had activity be removed only
from the list at the top of the HPSDR website.  This will make it less
confusing as to which are actually available now or are likely to be
available in the immediate future.

I know a lot of people are looking forward to Gibraltar.
