[hpsdr] Frying pan noise on signal out of Penelope board

Ronald,

can you see differences when you select the clock source either from
Penelope or from Mercury?
If yes you have probably the clock source set to Mercury and the noise is
coming from clock jitter over the Atlas bus. You should then update your
firmware for Mercury.

If you can not hear any differences in dependence from the clock source you
can try to change your initozy.bat to set the mic input to lower values.
