[hpsdr] UPGRADING FIRMWARE

Regarding UPGRADING FIRMWARE (Required by latest PowerSDR)
In the Quick Startup Guide, pg 8 under "Preparation", Item 1...
"Use a Subversion client (see above) & download all the files"
When I look "above", in my ignorance -  I see no clues!
Can someone point me to some precise instructions on how to do this?
