[hpsdr] SDR-1000/Janus/Ozy TX locked on

What  version of PowerSDR are you using? Specifically  I'm interested 
in the date in the titlebar of PowerSDR.

What is the FX2 and Ozy levels shown in the setup->general->HPSDR 
page?  Do you have Janus/Ozy Control selected on General->Hardware 
Config?  Also, do you have the DB 25 on Ozy connected to the DB25 on 
the SDR 1000?

You can also try starting PowerSDR with the --ignore-pp-ptt argument 
- this will explicitly force the code to ignore the PC"s parallel 
port as a PTT source.
