[hpsdr] UPGRADING FIRMWARE

Here is my effort:

A) You have TortoiseSVN installed and working.

B) Create a new empty directory, I suggest you name it 'USBblaster'.

C) Go to that empty directory, right click in the empty directory and
from the menu choices choose 'SVN Checkout'. Enter:

svn://206.216.146.154/svn/repos_sdr_hpsdr/trunk/USBBlaster-Binaries

in the box titled 'URL of repository:'

D) Click OK.


It should download all the data into the directory.....  please let me
know if this is clear enough and I will put it in the wiki .... or
improve it and then put it in the wiki.
