[hpsdr] New Ozy_Janus.rbf released

Bill,
Ozy15 works fine in particular the additional side emissions separated 
by about 4 kHz coming and going with a kind of beat frequency of 1/30 Hz 
when running Ozy14 are gone.
However, my problem with the firmware version check is still existing. 
Suppressing the check with the command you provided all works fine.
