  I have successfully upgraded Mercury firmware (thanks to help from Richard Ames), but when attempting to upgrade Penelope, when running the EPCS4.bat, there is no choice for Altera Quartus pgmr code V9-SP2. Running with SP3 reults in an error.
  Would appreciate help...    Hans Smit  VK5YX
