[hpsdr] HDL Book

I have often found the book, "HDL Chip Design: A Practical Guide for 
Designing, Synthesizing and Simulating ASICs and FPGAs Using VHDL or 
Verilog" by Douglas Smith (ISBN: 0965193438) to be handy.

It has been out of print for a while, and used copies go for $65 and up. 
New copies when available seem to go for well over $200.

where you can download the book, apparently scanned, in PDF format. I 
have no idea of the copyright issues, if any.
