[hpsdr] Newer Atom Processors

Tim,
I'm not sure how new it is, but I purchased a dual core Atom processor  
board about a month ago and it is working great in a HPSDR setup.  
Throughput usage on PowerSDR is about 30% max. See the HPSDR Wiki
