[hpsdr] Firmware update completed

I flogged around a bit but I was successful in updating firmware and software to current releases. The only comment, other than there should be a link for this on main web page, is to cycle power on HPSDR before loading PwrSDR otherwise thw USB-Blaster software is still in OZY.
Graham, I can now run with my Atom board without dropouts except NB selection.
FB on all the work everyone has contributed to date. 
Are others running Pennywhistle through Gerd's RX/TX switch without problems? Not sure how much the relay can take but 20 watts seems reasonable.
