[hpsdr] Excalibur and PennyWhistle

Hello Everyone,

Just finished up PennyWhistle tonight and Excalibur last weekend.   
Both kits were a pleasure to put together.  Just the right winter  
therapy sessions with the soldering iron. They both work as  
advertised. Awesome!

I must commend Graham for his design, layout and documentation skills.  
Everything is first class!

Also thanks must go to TAPR for the support, the kitters, who never  
missed an item and John for getting the kits out the door to the right  
addresses.
