[hpsdr] Mercury Receiver Lecture

Earlier this year I gave a series of lectures on learning Verilog and
then on specific topics related to Mercury, Penelope, and Ozy as well as
Quartus tools, etc.. These were posted on verilog.openhpsdr.org for all
to download and see. However, I made some bad mistakes in the
MercuryReceiver lecture on calculating CIC gains, etc... I have just
posted a new MercuryReceiver12_18_2009.ppt on the web page with the
corrections. I will need to someday update the video lecture - maybe
with a voice over to give the correct info. Currently I am creating a
new CIC filter that uses RAM resources of the FPGA and plan to make a
new lecture telling why & how I designed it in detail, including
detailed timing diagrams. This will hopefully be used in the multi
receiver software John Melton is working on.

Anyway, sorry for the misinformation. Thanks to Phil Harman for
questioning me about something that got me to looking & thinking about
what I had done in the lecture.

If anyone has specific questions about what I said vs the new powerpoint
just let me know.
