[hpsdr] (Fwd) Mercury IF Bandwidth

I have an HPSDR system under way and have been enjoying the facilities of 
Mercury while building up Excalibur and Pennywhistle and of course awaiting 
Alex. Thanks team for all the good work so far!

However an application has come up where I need to access a wider IF bandwidth
(e.g. 50 KHz) for FM modes via a VHF transverter than the present maximum (~20 
KHz) offered by PowerSDR. 

Has anybody thought about and come up with a solution for this? I believe that 
the limitation is in PowerSDR, not Mercury.
