Thanks to all who offered a cap to replace the one lost. I appreciate  
all of the help that comes from the great fellows on this list.

I ended up realizing that I had enough stuff to make an order to  
Digikey worthwhile after all. The cap and the rest of the order was  
delivered this afternoon after placing the order last night. Great  
service to Canada from Digikey.
