[hpsdr] Mercury Preamp off anomally

Hi Graham,

Thank you for your reply.
I input the signal and I checked by using Spectrum Analyzer. I found relay
K1 works, the contact damaged.
I will replace the relay K1.

Very likely the relay.
There have been several of them fail.
