[hpsdr] Ozy firmware v 1.7

Hello Jeff,

You need to checkout from the *exact* project path. To do so, do this:

1) Create a new, empty directory on your hard drive.
2) Using the Windows File Manager, right-click on that new directory, 
and from the fly-out menu select "SVN checkout ..."
3) Paste the following url into the "URL of repository" text box:
< svn://206.216.146.154/svn/repos_sdr_hpsdr/trunk/Ozy V1.7 >
4) Click the 'OK' button, and your checkout should begin.
