[hpsdr] 64 bit winusb driver install problem solved!

Jim,
It may help.  The other issue could be that if you run initozy11.bat manually, then 
run KISS (or PowerSDR), it could work.  That all presupposes the use of libusb0, if 
running PowerSDR, or the current problems with KISS.  I'd like to hear from brave 
souls trying my KISS branch with WinUSB on Vista and Windows 7 32 bit. 

 I personally have had some issues on my dev machine running KISS with both the
 spectrum display AND the full-spectrum display, using WinUSB.  The symptoms
 were choppy audio.  and that's on Windows XP Pro SP3 32 bit.  It could be all the crap on that machine.  And here I am 1500km away from my dev machine for the holidays
so there is little I can do as far as experimentation until Sunday.

Switching to WinUSB may have a positive effect on 'startup' as you put it on vista, but
I don't know what the problems/symptoms are, so I really cannot say.
