[hpsdr] PowerSDR Version 2Feb2009

I have been comparing the updated 2Feb2009 PowerSDR with a totally new  
downloaded version and have come to the conclusion the the later new  
download has better audio quality and less noise with all settings the  
same. Has anyone else had this experience? With the updated version I  
had discarded and regenerated the Power SDR MDB file. Mercury is at  
version 2.5.
