[hpsdr] Mercury - Extended Frequency Range above 65MHz

I have running Mercury-EU with a sampling frequency of 184,32MHz and want to
use the frequency range up to 92 MHz. Now the upper limit in PowerSDR is set
to 65MHz.

What is to be done to extend the upper frequency limit to something higher
than 65 MHz?
