[hpsdr] Pennywhistle RF Transistors

Thanks, I had posed this question with the Pennywhistle group but no one appeared to know the answer.
 
Tokyo High Power uses higher power versions [and different cases] in their 45W [HL-45B] and 100W [HL-100Bdx] 160M to 6M units.  Spec from 30MHz up like the RD15VHF1 devices.
