[hpsdr] Verilog Course of 12 feb 2009

Hi Joe,
 
Sorry for my mistake, I got the days mixed up! (Don't ask why..   :)     )
 
In fact here in the Netherlands we have already Thursday.
The course day/time here is in fact Friday, 01:00, one hour after
midnight......!
The announcements are in PST, Tuesday and Thursday.
It got me (again-) confused.

Sorry for my confusion.
