[hpsdr] Audio distortion at 192K

Also with 2.6 I notice the LEDS on Merc are running
at about half the blink rate as before.

  PowerSDR 11feb2009 and Merc 2.6 and I now have to run audio at 96000.
  Previous I could run 192K.  Running Vista.

  Any ideas?
