[hpsdr] Audio distortion at 192K

I had the same distortion problem as mentioned below. At 192K sampling Rate, 
dropping the buffer size to 1024 helps some but I had to drop it to 512 to 
get the same clarity as 9600 Sampling Rate. I am using a 3Ghz Single Core 
Pentium (Asus Motherboard)
