Change this line in initozy11.bat from

writeI2C 0xfffe 0x7 0x1a  0x2  0x08 0x15

to

writeI2C 0xfffe 0x7 0x1a  0x2  0x08 0x14

Which will drop the gain in the TLV320 ADC on Penny by 20dB.
