[hpsdr] Verilog class

I will not be holding a class today.   Yesterday I had Lecture 6, but 
have not been able to download it from WizIQ yet due to a VERY bad 
internet connection I have right now- very slow and not good most of the 
time.  Difficult even to get email out.  Hopefully it will be OK by 
Thursday.  I will keep you posted even if I have to go to the library 
and send an email.
