[hpsdr] sleep.exe .NET Framework Initialization Error

Then I get "To run this application, you first must install one of the .NET Framework: V2.0.50727".

I then click OK and the rest loads ok. I have Ozy/Mercury only and everything seems to be running very well. Anybody know if this message can be ignored? I did download the .NET Framework stuff per quick start instructions.
