[hpsdr] Precautions

Hi all,

Accidently a piece of metal got under my Atlas board and OZY, Penny & Mercury became defective. It seems that different voltage regulators on the boards were destroyed by a short circuit. While exploring and playing with the assembly, I advise to place Atlas on spacers to avoid such  detrimental results.
