[hpsdr] Mercury v/2.4 impulse noise.

Hello.

After upgrading to Mercury V/2.4 I have got impulse noise from the RX  
output, one pulse per 2.5 sec. with 192000 sample rate and every 5 sec.  
with 96000. I am using a PC with 2.4GHz Dual core processor and 2GB RAM.  
CPU load is around 50% at 192 and 25% at 96. I never had this with the  
original firmware in Mercury.
By the way, I also se the puls on the Panoramic displey.

Any sugestions?
