Hi Frank,

You can leave the Last JTAG jumper on if you like - it will have no 
effect. When we program multiple boards on the Atlas bus then I'll post 
the necessary instructions regarding placement of these jumpers each 
time we update the code.

Please re-do your phase noise tests - there have been significant 
changes to the CORDIC code since the V1 release and I would be 
interested to see what effect these have had.
