[hpsdr] Atlas Slot numbering standard

Hi Alberto,

This is a great idea: lets all use the same slot numbering scheme.

I propose that we use the numbers that are *already* printed on the 
PCB (thank you for the photo!):

J1 is FARTHEST from the PSU connector. This is slot #1.
J6 is NEAREST to the PSU connector. This is slot #6.

Maybe this will make it easier to follow the soon to be coming "slot 
wars" where we compare what works and what doesn't based upon board 
positions. :-)
