[hpsdr] mercury arrived - noise floor

Georg:

As shipped and with new PowerSDR software, the receiver must be calibrated.

You need some kind of calibrated level source, a signal generator, an 
antenna
analyzer and some RF pads, or what ever you can pull together.

The level calibration screen is
SetUp -> General -> Calibration
