[hpsdr] An atomic idea?

I have been running powersdr/hpsdr on my acer aspire one (1.6G atom proc and
1.5G memory) with success for portable operation. It doesnt achieve 96k
sampling reliably but supporting 48k sampling +VAC is enough for my needs.
It worked well enough to use it for a 432MHz eme qso recently
