[hpsdr] Debugging Atlas

Don't trust the line on the capacitors to indicate the negative end.
I downloaded the manufacturer's info on them and - surprise - the line
is the positive end.

Sadly they are all positioned correctly but thanks for responding. I
just reordered a new kit from Tapr, its probably easier to just build
a new one since its not so easy getting to the parts once the
connectors go in!
